In the game
- Open Dino Dig Crew.
- Go to Profile → Cloud save.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Tap Yes, delete it.
What gets deleted
Deleting immediately and permanently removes:
- your email sign-in
- your cloud save
- your profile
- your friends, gifts and stickers
- your race entries
- your crew chat messages
If you led a crew, the crew stays but no longer has you as its leader.
What isn't deleted
- Progress saved on the phone itself isn't deleted. Uninstalling the app removes it.
- Purchase records kept by Google Play or Apple are handled under their own privacy policies.
Can't open the app?
Use the contact form on this website. Include the email address you signed in with and ask us to delete your Dino Dig Crew account. We'll delete it within 30 days.
