Option 1: In the game (fastest)
- Open Peach Pop.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Option 2: Ask us by email
Email support@jonesandsonsapps.com from the email address you use to sign in to Peach Pop, with the subject "Delete my Peach Pop account". We'll delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done. You can also use our contact form.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your cloud save (levels, stars, coins, boosters, story progress, baker name and settings)
- Your Bakers' Club membership, club scores and life requests
What is kept
- Anonymous gameplay statistics (like "level 12 was won") are no longer linked to you after deletion. They're kept for up to 2 years to help us balance levels, then deleted.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play under Google's own policies. Items you bought once (like the Starter Pack) can be restored to a new account with Restore purchases.
- Progress saved only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
