This Privacy Policy explains how Jones & Sons Apps LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the Peach Pop game (the "Game"). You can play without an account. If you create one, we use your email address only to sign you in and save your progress. We don't show ads, we don't track you across other apps, and we don't sell your information.
1Playing without an account
Your progress, coins, lives, boosters and settings are saved on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
2If you create an account
To sign in, you enter your email address and we email you a one-time login code. We collect your email address and a user ID to run your account.
When you're signed in, your game progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, story progress, your baker name and settings) is saved to our cloud database so you can keep playing on another device.
Our service providers: Supabase, Inc. hosts accounts and saved progress (https://supabase.com/privacy). Resend, Inc. delivers the login-code emails (https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy). They process this information only to provide those services to us.
3Purchases
In-game purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. Google sends your receipt and handles payments and refunds under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Google Play Console gives us standard sales reports (such as order totals and country). The Game keeps a record of which items you own so they can be delivered and restored.
4What we don't collect
We don't collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The Game has no ads, no advertising ID and no third-party analytics or tracking.
If you email support, we receive your email address and message and use them only to help you. We delete support emails when they're no longer needed.
We keep your account and cloud save until you delete your account. Local progress stays on your device until you delete the Game or its data.
7Delete your account
In the Game: Profile > Account > Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, email address and cloud save. Or email support@jonesandsonsapps.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it; we'll do it within 30 days.
8Children
The Game is meant for players 13 and older. Accounts are for players 13 and older, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
9Security
Account data is sent over encrypted connections, and each player's cloud save can only be read by that player's account. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account safe, since it's how you sign in.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or another U.S. state with a privacy law), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email us and we'll help.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the Game.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jones & Sons Apps LLC ("we", "us") for the Peach Pop game (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
2Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time login code. Keep access to your email account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person, please.
3Coins, boosters and other virtual items
Coins, lives, boosters, stars and other in-game items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use within the Game. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be sold or transferred.
We may change how virtual items work (for example, prices in coins or what a booster does) to keep the Game fun and balanced.
4Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Google sends your receipt and handles refunds under its refund policies. Except as required by law or Google Play's policies, purchases are final.
Coin packs can be bought more than once. One-time items (such as the Starter Pack, Baker's Bundle and Unlimited Lives Forever) are bought once and stay with your Google account. Use Restore purchases to get them back on a new device.
If you delete your account or the Game data, coins and items saved only on your device or in your deleted account can't be recovered.
5Fair play
Don't cheat, hack, modify the Game, use bots or exploit bugs to get items or progress. We may remove items gained this way or suspend accounts that break these Terms.
6License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your own entertainment. The Game, its characters (including Grandma June and the people of Peachtree Hollow), artwork, music, text and levels belong to Jones & Sons Apps LLC. You may not copy, resell, modify or redistribute them.
7Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any feature. If we ever shut down the Game, we'll give reasonable notice in the Game.
8Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Game will be error-free or always available.
9Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jones & Sons Apps LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived.
12Changes to these Terms
If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the Game. Continuing to play means you accept the updated Terms.
