Treehouse Peanut Butter Cookies

“Only four ingredients, so Tess can make them herself.”

You'll need

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar, plus more for rolling
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla

How to make it

1. Heat the oven to 350°F.
2. Stir the peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
3. Roll into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar and set on a baking sheet.
4. Press each one with a fork to make a crisscross.
5. Bake 10–12 minutes. Cool on the sheet 5 minutes before moving (they're soft when hot).
