Riverside Peach Jam Turnovers

You'll need
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- ½ cup peach jam
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coarse sugar
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 400°F. Cut the pastry into 8 squares.
- Spoon jam onto each and fold into triangles; press the edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
