Red, White & Blueberry Pie

You'll need
- 1 baked pie crust
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- Whipped cream
How to make it
- Cook the sugar, cornstarch and water until thick and clear.
- Stir in half the berries, then let it cool a bit.
- Spread into the crust and top with the rest of the berries.
- Chill 3 hours and top with whipped cream.
